i have just bought a samsung tv and had a fault with the remote i rang and a young lady named sarah returned my call and sent out a replacement immediatley fantastic service

fantastic 40 inch samsung, excellent efficient service, staff were busy but still very polite and curteous, will definately recommend and will purchase from there again
