How To Buy

There are two easy options for payment:

1) Pay online:

On the product page click on "Add to Basket" which will take you to the shopping basket. Enter your details online as prompted

You will be asked to select 1 of the 6 depots from where you would like to collect your TV (see the 'Store Locator' on the bottom banner of the website for more details on the 6 collection locations).

Enter your details on the online payment portal and complete payment in full online

Your television will then be transferred to the collection depot that you have selected ready for you to collect. One of our advisors will ring you to arrange a mutually convenient time and the item will be waiting for you on the date arranged.

You should take the card you used to make payment and proof of name and address details with you when you go to collect (driving license/house bill/bank statement). You can inspect the item upon collection and a staff member will show you the item working. Once you are happy you can take the item away and enjoy your new TV! Please note: Failure to produce the card and relevant ID means we are unable to release goods on collection

2) Pay on collection:

You can ring our sales staff on 0845 539 9993 (During office hours Monday-Saturday 9-5.30pm) and pay a 50 pound deposit by credit/debit card over the phone. This will reserve the TV for you.

Your television will transferred to your nominated collection depot and we will give you a date of collection

When you arrive at the depot, you can inspect the item and pay the balance on collection by cash or credit/debit card. You should take the card you paid with and proof of name and address details with you when you go to collect (driving license/house bill/bank statement). You can inspect the item upon collection and a staff member will show you the item working. Once you are happy you can take the item away and enjoy your new TV! Please note: Failure to produce the card and relevant ID means we are unable to release goods on collection

Please note your credit/debit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED until we have arranged the transfer of the TV to your chosen collection depot. We DO NOT charge for items that are out of stock until the item is in stock and arrangements for collection have been made.

There is free parking outside each collection depot
