Guarantee Policy
In the unlikely event of a fault please contact us via email to info@cheap-led-tv.co.uk or by telphone on 0121 327 3273 with your invoice number, date of purchase and model number of the TV. Our engineers may initially call you to see if the problem can be resolved over the phone. If this is not possible, then the television will need to be taken to any Cheap LED TV depot. If your TV deveops a fault within the first 30 days of purchase we will replace the item for you. If it develops a fault after 30 days of purchase we will repair the item. If we cannot repair the television we will endeavour to exchange the television for an exact replacement or the nearest replacement in terms of specification. Please note all exchanges must be undertaken at the collection depot.
This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse (for which there can be no refund or exchange). Please check the plug, batteries, fuse and the manufacturer's operating instructions before contacting us. We strongly advise you to retain all original packaging in case of a return, replacement or repair.
Please note all TVs sold by Cheap LED TV are fitted with a security seal inside the TV. This seal will be broken if the TV is opened. The seal is fitted to ensure that the TV is not tampered with before being returned to us. You must ensure that during the guarantee period the TV is not given to a third party for inspection/repair, because doing so will break the seal and your guarantee will become void. Cheap LED TV reserves the right to refuse repair/exchange of a TV that has a damaged seal upon return to us.
