If your TV has a smashed screen most TV repair companies will tell you the smashed screen will cost too much to replace. Here is how you can arrange the repair of your TV:
Please telephone Electronic World's repair service team on 0845 539 9993 with your name, model number of the TV (printed on the back of your TV), description of fault. We will speak with the engineers and telephone you back promptly with an estimate of the cost to repair your TV. The repair costs from Electronic World are very reasonable. If you are happy to proceed you can drop off your TV to your local Electronic World branch.
2. Drop off your faulty TV
You can drop your TV to your local Cheap LED TV branch from the list below. At the branch the TV will be inspected and any visible cosmetic and technical faults will be logged

3. Repair work carried out
Our engineers will inspect the TV in the workshop. Our repair service team will telephone you with details of the repair estimate if it more or less than the initial quote. Once you authorise the repair work we will proceed with the repair.
There is no obligation to proceed with the repair if you are not satisfied with the estimate, however we can reassure you that our repair charges are very reasonable. If you do not want to proceed with the repair we will return the TV to your chosen Cheap LED TV branch for collection.
4. Collect your repaired TV
Once the repair has been complete we will contact you to collect your TV and return the loan set. You are able to see your TV switched on collection to ensure complete peace of mind.
